Festool Dust Extracting Systems:  Festool offers four Dust Extractors in the CT class.  I have the older version of the Festool Dust Extractor CT36 Hepa.  The main difference between the CT26, CT36 and CT48 is the storage bag capacity.  All three have the same suction forceMax Suction Force – 137 CFM, which is more than my older model CT33.

This machine is a workhorse: there have been days where my machine has run almost constantly for 10 hours at a time.  One of the features that I never realized the importance of was the variable suction.  I can turn the vacuum setting down and vacuum tool drawers without pulling tools and parts into the unit. Genius!

Festool Mobile Vacuum Work Station:  I made a rolling cabinet for my vacuum and all the hoses and accessories.  This includes a boom arm and a duplex by-pass switch that allows me to turn the vacuum on and off without ever reaching into the cabinet.  It’s a great space saver and plans will be available later this year.
