Works with a Biesemeyer style guide rail – Dimensions 3″x2″ OR 75mm X 50mm
This is the Original VerySuperCool T-Square. It has a fixed throat and works with a standard 3″x2″ guide rail OR 75mm X 50mm guide rail if you have metric sized tubing. This T-square will work perfectly with your existing guide rails IF you own a Biesemeyer fence or have a Biesemeyer style guide rail system. (Click Read More below to see cross-sectional diagram showing the exact guide rail specs required.) We don’t sell guide rails, but if you don’t have proper guide rails you can make your own! We have free downloadable plans and detailed videos showing all the steps.
IMPORTANT! You will need an aluminum extrusion to attach to your T-square. We only sell our proprietary machined extrusions in two sizes: 42″ or 48″ machined aluminum extrusions. You will also need some extra tnuts and bolts for attaching jigs, stops and various fixtures.
Click HERE to add Table Saw Essentials
Click HERE to add Table Saw Extras
Every T-Square purchase includes one custom UHMW t- glide with t-nut and bolt for the aluminum extrusion. So even if you buy your extrusion elsewhere you’ll have everything you need for your new fence setup.
THE POWER IS IN THE TNUTS: The most powerful feature of having an aluminum extrusion fence is being able to attach jigs, stops, clamps and what ever you can dream up to make your woodworking project more efficient and more fun! We recommend that you to purchase some t-nuts in order to enjoy the full value of your new VerySuperCool Fence System. They aren’t expensive, but they aren’t commonly available in most hardware stores. FYI: We can’t find them at Home Depot or even the popular online industrial supplier Grainger.
We sell the 40 series, metric aluminum extrusions 40X80mm in 42 and 48 inch lengths. Numerous extrusions will work with our fence system, but ours is superior. No other extrusions are as flat and straight as the extrusions made from our proprietary die. Our extrusions are CNC machined on all four sides, quality control checked, and then anodized. If you prefer SAE extrusions, we recommend you shop for the series 15 1530 (1.5″ X 3″).
WILL IT WORK WITH MY TABLE SAW AND GUIDE RAIL? (Click diagrams to view larger) The diagrams below show the standard measurements of a Biesemeyer-style guide rail system. Use this drawing for reference to see if your saw matches these specifications. If you do not have this style of guide rail system, you can build your own or buy one from any number of dealers that sell this style of guide rail. Click HERE to download/print out a pdf of all 3 diagrams.
DO I NEED NEED TO PURCHASE A FENCE? The real advantage of this fence system comes from being able to easily attach aluminum extrusion fences. Please note, there are 100’s of varieties of extrusions available, on and offline. We encourage you to shop around if you like. – For your convenience, we offer two length styles in the 40mm x 80mm dimension. The 42″ aluminum extrusion is especially great for a contractor’s saw, but works fantastic with any table saw. The 48″ aluminum extrusion is great for larger saws, and for those that feed large plywood sheets and can benefit from extra length at the feed end of the table. They both function the same, some just prefer the extra 3 inches at either end which allows more room for stops, jigs and various attachments.
WILL I NEED TO BUY ANYTHING ELSE? Every T-Square that ships includes 1 UHMW bearing glide with t-nut and bolt to attach to an aluminum extrusion as a fence. We recommend you purchase extra t-nuts since they are sometimes hard to find. It’s not necessary to purchase an extra custom extrusion glide unless you plan on having multiple/interchangeable aluminum extrusion fences. The UHMW plastic glide included with your purchase will last a lifetime.
MADE IN THE USA: This CNC’d and powder coated t-square is made in Rochester, Minnesota. If you already have a Beisemeyer table saw railing system, this will work perfectly with what you already have. Having a second fence, especially one that is so versatile, will change how you work in your shop.
SHIPPING DETAILS: When in stock, our VerySuperCool T-Square ships within 48 hours of payment from our Texas distribution center.

I just installed my new fence. The parts are up there with the best machining I’ve seen in any woodworking tool I own (and I own Festool tools!). It makes my old fence look like it was hacked out of steel with a hacksaw. You can tell most parts were cut on a CNC. The instructions were very clear and the installation went great! It’s very easy to do.
I did have to cut the flapper a little shorter so it cleared my Wixey digital scale (but that was easy with my porta-band – as seen in Allan’s videos! That’s the reason I bought it!). The t-square works great with the Wixey. The cam ears are long enough so the magnet in the Wixey engages without the need for the additional metal bracket which makes it more accurate. The digital scale is so accurate any little movement in the fence causes it to change the measurement. I had that problem on my old fence. I could move the fence to the measurement I wanted, but once I locked it down it’d move slightly. I had to figure the play of the fence in my measurement and then lock the fence down hoping it’d land on the correct one. With the VSCT’s fence I don’t have that problem. As long as I keep the glide bearings on the tubing, and the nylon set screws on the tubing, I can slide the fence to my measurement, lock it down and scale doesn’t change at all!
I’m looking forward to using it this weekend!
I did have an issue with the extrusion. It was slightly bent over the last 10-12 inches. It’ll still work great – much better than my old fence. I emailed VSC Tools and Allan replied within 25 minutes. And he’s shipping a new one out with a return label. Excellent customer service! They really care about the product they’re putting out. He even includes his personal cell phone number. No one does that!
Keep up the great work and products!

I recommended this fence system to my Dad, then I got jealous and bought one for myself. Neither of us are what you’d call seasoned metalworkers, and both of us had to build our own rail assembly. My Dad had some help from a fellow who really knows his way around a metal shop, and then my Dad and I teamed up on my saw install.
My saw is a DeWalt DW746X, and my Dad’s is some kind of Grizzly. There’s really no magic knowhow to installing a fence system. You measure, you drill, you tap, then you bolt it on. In spite of this being literally the first time I’d used a grinder in anger, my final product looks great, works well, and is solid. Allen’s not talking smack when he says you can attach it to any saw. Watch the videos, get some taps, some cutting fluid and you’re good to go. If you’re nervous about it, buy some extra metal and work the kinks out of your technique first.
The only thing I’ve found that I think could be made better is the VHMW Plastic used to make the fence slider. The edges should be rounded over so it doesn’t catch on miter slots, T-Tracks, and all that. Of course it’s easy enough to do myself, but it detracted from my experience a little bit when I first dropped it onto the saw.
If you want to see more pictures and so forth from my build, you can go to my blog:

I am a DIYer and I formerly owned an Incra Positioner but found the process to be too cumbersome when I needed to change my cuts.I saw this fence reviewed on Wood Whisperer and after much research I decided to pull the trigger on buying one. When the fence arrived it was well packed and had all the parts listed on the packing list. The quality\manufacturing of all the parts was first class. Prior to mounting the fence I had to install some Biesemeyer rails I had bought. Mounting the rails was the most difficult part as the bolt holes had to be drilled and tapped. Once the rails were mounted, and following the excellent instructions, the fence was installed, adjusted and ready to use in about 30 minutes. The saw I mounted the fence on is a General 2 HP contractor saw. I have yet to use any jigs on the fence but I am sure it will be easy when do decide to use it on the extruded aluminum. I am looking forward to adding a digital scale. I would recommend this fence to anyone and would buy it again

I am the proud owner of a new VerySuperCoolTools T-square and am using on a 1961 Craftsman cabinet saw.
Many years ago I replaced the original with Craftsman’s Exact-I-Rip and lately it won’t hold the alignment with the blade.
Seems I have to re-adjust each time.
The new T-square is the best investment I could have made for the saw.

I just got the fence installed and have been using it for only two days, but let me tell you of my experience.
Install: Straightforward and simple, I installed on a Jet left tilt 3HP saw with 52″ table, no issues with install
Use: For whatever reason I had issues with my stock Jet fence, I continually burned the piece of wood between the fence and blade. I found this problem with Birch, Maple, and Cherry. I was running a Forrest blade (new) with a Forrest 5″ vibration reduction disc. I calibrated the table (miter slots) to the blade and the fence to the miter slots and checked the fence time after time to ensure it was dead on accurate (square to blade and table). Now I cannot explain why or how, or what the science or reasoning is behind it but now that I have installed and calibrated this fence…no more burn. Same blade, same wood, different fence. Go figure, but I am friggin happy about that.
This seemingly simple addition to my table saw has made it much nicer and more accurate to use. I have only had it two days and have not had the opportunity to scratch the surface of the available options I can add with the T-Slots.
Kudos to you fellas who created this beast…Im diggin it.

“Allen Little’s designed T-square fence is an essential piece of woodworking equipment. Is it better than a Biesmyer? I think so for a lot of reasons. The main reason in my opinion is the extruded aluminum fence. It is dead flat and straight and has NO flexing what so ever while making a cut. It also allow you to attach those all important jig securely using the T- Nuts and bolts. Allen Little’s T Square is very solidly built, well designed and absolutely stays in place once its locked down. This T-Square and fence is everything the Very Super Cool Tools website says it is and more. It is truly the last fence you will ever need! But than again you may be inclined to purchase additional “Very Super Cool Tools” fences for other equipment in your shop.” On an additional note: Allen helped me through the process of building my own guide rail system for my table saw. Which was a challenge that turned out to be much easier than I thought and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend that you review and subscribe to his videos on the “ASKWOODMAN” Utube channel.

I just got T-square and fence and I’m here to tell you that I couldn’t be more pleased with them! I purchased an older Craftsman 10″ table saw (with a solid cast iron top and extensions and an arbor style saw drive) and simply had to upgrade from the stock fence (junk) that was with it. I shopped around, pricing other popular aftermarket fences… all I can say about that is YIKES! My wife would’ve left me if I spent that much money on a fence. I then came across the ‘AskWoodMan’ videos on YouTube and realized that, with the addition of a Besemyer(sp?) rail, I could use this. I looked at the illustrations for the fence provided on the website and using those I ordered the proper lengths of 2×3 tube and 3×3 angle. I was able to mount them using the original holes in the table top. The T-square and the fence couldn’t be simpler to assemble, mount and align. I had been using an JoinTech fence (a forerunner to the Incra jig system) and it was indeed accurate… but cumbersome and when I removed it (as I often did) it had to be re-calibrated again. With the verysupercooltools fence, you can pop it off and on with repeatable accuracy. It’s heavy duty and tough and should last… well, longer than I probably will. American made, high quality, reasonably priced… what more could you ask for?

I inherited a brand new Delta unisaw from my grandfather. I hated the original fence. I found VerySuperCoolTools on YouTube and I must have watched Allen Askwoodmans video series on building your own beisemeyer style fence about 7 times to convince myself that I could do it. It took me about 5 days total and was surprisingly easy. I bought the square from Allen and found my own extrusion online. After a new huge outfeed table I was officially in love. It is hands down the strongest, most rugged fence system you can make. It locks down so solid I can put all my weight on it and it doesn’t budge. After a few adjustments, it became the straightest tool in my shop, my cuts are approx. .00025 over 100 inches. Which I think for a tablesaw fence is amazing. I have watched just about all of Allen’s YouTube videos and I love his stuff. I feel like an apprentice when I watch and I love when I see that he has posted something new. Buy anything he puts out with confidence and just know when he says he’s positive he cant improve upon the design or strength or quality of one of his projects, products or designs he means it. I’m a lifetime Very Super Cool Tools customer. Thanks for everything Allen.

I came across Marc Spagnuolo’s review of Allen Little’s T-Square fence system while looking for information on a Beismeyer fence. After watching Allens videos on the T-square and aluminum extrusion fence and Jerome Pfeifer’s excellent video on building the rail system I knew this was exactly what I had been searching for. Even thought I was just beginning to build a tablesaw workcenter ( ShopNotes Vol.15 Issue 89 ) for my retirement shop I went ahead and ordered a T-Square with the 48 inch aluminum extrusion and 25 extra T-Nuts and Bolts. With Jeff’s help the ordering process was fast and simple. In a few days my fence system arrived packed and packaged in such a way I think you could have thrown it out of an airplane with out damaging it. I’ve made my living for over 40 years as a welder and fabricator and I can tell you this is some of the best manufactured equipment I have ever seen. Even thought I could have followed Allen’s video series on building the T-Square and built my own,at the price they’re selling this system for it would not have been worth it. After finally finishing my workcenter I acquired the tubing and angle iron and built my rail system. The only thing I did that some one without welding experience could not have done was weld metal caps on the end of the 2×3 tubing. The build of the rail system was simple to do following Jerome’s instruction. I did purchase a Grizzly hand tapper ( which I will use for other projects ) that made the tapping of the holes very easy. The only real challenge is getting the holes to attach to the table saw accurately drilled. The hardest part of this entire process was looking at my new fence system sitting in the corner while I completed the saw cabinets. I also bought a bearing rail and a pair of linear bearings to build the tenoning jig later. Allen, Jeff and Sue are always ready to answer any questions and easy to reach. Allen even gave me his cell number. Their customer service is just the best. Time to go to work. Rex Parkison

I haven’t had a chance to use my T-square fence yet (just got it last week), but I wanted to review VSC Tools’ customer service. They are great! Allan called me personally when my shipment was going to be a day or two late. We chatted a bit and Allan’s enthusiasm for not just the product but woodworking in general was awesome. He truly wants to help other woodworkers enjoy the craft and do great work. When I received the extrusion, it happened to have a slight bow in it. I emailed them and received a reply within a couple of hours. They immediately sent me a new extrusion with a shipping label to return the bowed one. Most retailers make you wait until they receive the returned product back, but these guys are so cool they just sent it right away. Sometimes customer service in small businesses is hit or miss, but VSC Tools is a definite hit! I plan to buy more products of theirs in the future because of their care for the robustness of the product and their sincere desire to get great tools into the hands of woodworkers. They’re not just trying to make a buck. These are real woodworkers making real tools for real work.
As for the product, again I haven’t had a chance to use it, but it looks and feels rock-solid. I can’t wait to “get on with it” as Allan often says in his videos. :)

Got my VSCTools t-square and 40mm fence last week. I was nearly finished with my rails when it arrived. It looks like everyone is in agreement – this is an outstanding fence system. The instructions that came with the t-square were simple and straight forward on how to align and square everything up. I immediately grabbed a piece of scrap and pushed it through the saw…wow. Pulled out the micrometer and I was out 0.003″ over the length (18″) of hard maple I cut – and that was just a quick set up with my combo square. Truly worth the investment! This thing doesn’t budge once set. I’ve cut some fairly big pieces of hard wood and ply in the last few days and could not be happier with the fence and t-square! If your sitting on the fence (pun intended!) about the investment, pull the trigger. You’ll be very happy you did.

First, a word about Customer Service. Absolutely top notch. I asked a question via email and was called by Allan. We spoke at length even though my question was minor and dealt with in a few seconds, we spoke for 20 minutes. I had a minor issue with the fence upon receipt and a new part was on my doorstep the next day.
My build was based on 12 foot steel so I ended up with slightly over 8 feet of rip capacity to the right and just over 3 feet on the left. This length made my build a bit more time consuming and slightly cumbersome because I tackled it all alone but it was very straightforward.
If you can measure, follow instructions and drill/tap holes you can build your own guide rails. The video series shows step by step ‘How To’ and is very well done.
I have used just about every commercially available tablesaw fence in my…gasp….30 years of woodworking, as a hobbiest, professional cabinetmaker/furnituremaker and teacher. This fence is as good or better than anything I’ve ever used. I have not yet taken advantage of the T-Slots in the extrusion for jigs/fixtures/tall fence, etc. But I have all sorts of ideas rattling around in my head to make my work faster, safer, more accurate and repeatable.
A very, Very Super Cool Tool indeed.
Thanks for offering a well thought out product, excellent customer service AND a library of how-to-do-it-yourself information for the masses.

I have just finished my rail system build and T-Square installation and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I will echo what others have said about the customer service. From the first email to the product delivery, dealing with the folks at Very Super Cool Tools was pleasant, and they were very responsive and professional. The actual T-Square itself was simple to install and setup so it was aligned perfectly to the miter slot, something I struggled to maintain on my previous fence. The T-Square itself is very well made, very solid, and locks down tight. When it is locked down there is no play in either the T-Square or the attached fence.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new fence system. I have not seen or used anything that performs the task as well, while at the same time being extremely versatile when used with the aluminium extrusion and t-nuts and bolts . I am already working on a new rail system for my band saw so I can use the T-Square and fence on it as well.

Great fence system!! I own an Architectural woodwork shop in Galveston, Texas and have a standard t-square with the VSCT’s machined aluminum extrusion installed on my RT-40 table saw. This saw regularly sees 8 & 10/4 stock being shoved through it and this fence does not budge. I have noticed that the fence locks down on EXACTLY where the cursor lands every time it is moved which is a huge plus in a production shop. My shop foreman has commented that the accuracy of cuts have improved and we look forward to using the t slots in the future for jigs. I strongly recommend this fence and I will be purchasing more in the future for other pieces of industrial equipment we use. Thank you for a well thought out tool.

I love this fence system.
I own a high-end kitchen company and I discovered the Very Super Cool Tools website while searching for an upgrade for our damaged Biesemeyer tablesaw fence. Allen was extremely helpful in determining what we would need to complement our Delta X5 setup.
The T-square and extrusion were easy to set up and we are very pleased with the upgrade. The Festool quick clamps also fit nicely in the extrusion slots which should make for some quick jig setups! I recommend getting the tall auxiliary fence and extra T nuts for shop-built jigs.
The JessEm stock guides were a fantastic suggestion to add to the VSC T-square and extrusion because they are designed FOR the extrusion and are quick to install, setup, and adjust. The guides hold the material down to the table and into the fence which increases accuracy and safety. Ripping 8 foot long sheet goods used to be a combination of death grip and hope in order to avoid ‘the wobble’. Building cabinets in the shop today, we used the new set up for the first time while ripping 2′ x 8′ x 3/4″ birch plywood. It was was a breeze using the JessEm guides.
I HIGHLY recommend the VSC T-Square, the VSC extrusion, AND the JessEm Clear-Cut Stock Guides. It’s a very super cool system. (Opting out of any of the components would be like using a track saw without a track. Sure, it would work, but not nearly as well.)
Great customer service and quality products which will make your work easier, safer, and more accurate, what more could you ask for?

I have been using this product for about a week now and I love it. I am glad that I bought this product. I have watched the video on how the original was made & was going to make one myself. I bought all the iron needed to make one but there was one problem. I didn’t have a welding machine & didn’t have any friends that knew how to weld. I thought brazing would work but the kit I bought didn’t get the metal hot enough to get a good brazing connection. So I started looking for a welding machine and for the price of a new or used welding machine that can weld 3/8″ steel, it was cheaper for me to buy the T-Square. I had recently completed my table-saw workstation and was missing a good & reliable T-Square fence. I followed the rail system videos to build a rail system for my work station. If anyone would ask I would recommend this product.

T-track is everything as advertised and more. Set up is so simple. Instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. You can’t mess this up. Verysupercooltools are exactly that. Fabricating the guide rails was also pretty easy. Just follow the step by step instructions along with the videos and it couldn’t have been any easier, unless Alan came and did it for me. Completely satisfied with the quality and final installation.

I’m a full time soldier and part time wood worker. I inherited my father’s old delta unisaw from about 1945ish and called allen about his fences as well as how to adjust the original saw. No pressure sales and lots of knowledge. Can’t wait to place my order and start making man glitter.

I just got my new fence installed to replace my original Delta Biesemeyer. I’m very pleased with the fit and finish of the fence. I love the extrusion. The fixturing possibilities are going to be endless. The ability to adjust the vertical face is something I was not able to do on my old fence.

Just installed the T-square with aluminum (42″) fence on a 2014 SawStop PCS. The instructions from verysupercool tools were very clear. Installation took under 20 minutes. It’s one of the best upgrades I’ve made in my shop. Just a little background, my original Sawstop fence was practically a banana (convex). Although I spent several hours trying to shim the original fence (between the laminated board and the steel square, as the steel square was actually bowed), however, the allen headed bolts would pull the fence in slightly at the bolt locations and cause a wavy fence. I could not get a straight cut with the saw. I searched the internet for a solution, and happened upon the verysupercool tools site. I’m very glad I did. I now get dead accurate cuts with my table saw. The fence is wonderful. It is very well made and glides on the table better than the original fence. I really like the slots in the fence to allow for jigs/stops.
I opted to add the modified Jessem clear cut TS guides. What an amazing addition! I can now practically one hand material through the saw and I no longer have to worry about the material drifting away from the fence at the end of the cut. These guides are very easy to slip on and off the fence as needed.
I had a very minor issue with the fence and Allan personally called me within 10 minutes of having sent my email. He was very helpful and had my issue cleared up in just a few minutes. The product is American made, extremely well-built, and the owners are very friendly and customer oriented. What’s not to love about the fence or the brand? I would not hesitate in ordering from them again.

5 minutes after I placed my order, Allan called me and immediately saved me about $100 bucks. Received the system in less than a week, well packaged and assembled and squared perfectly under 20 minutes. The fence is fabulous. I will never own any other fence ever again. Dead on accuracy, extremely well built, affordable and American made! You can’t go wrong with this fence system and I’m a very happy customer.

No kidding, it’s the best! I have a SawStop Pro Cabinet Saw and love this product.
The fence that came with my SawStop PCS was a Biesemeyer style fence and although it did a good job as a fence, it was very limited for using various jigs with it. Before I knew Allan and VSC Tools I was a subscriber to The Wood Whisperer, Marc Spagnuolo. In one of his many YouTube presentations Marc talked about the VSC Tools fence and I was HOOKED!
The next morning I called Allan and bought the fence, the tall fence attachment, extra T-nuts and bolts and also the Plug popper tool. This is the only fence I have been using since. I love it so much for what it does that I could recommended more.
The flexibility and ease in adding jigs and accessories is amazing and so easy that you actually use all of those jigs when necessary. The fence is super robust and straight as a light beam. Super easy to set up and once is set up it stays set forever it seems. I set mine up 2 years ago and have not touched it since! I have checked it periodically to see if it has kept the settings and I am impressed by how robust it is.
Any dislikes? YEAH…the darn green color. (They aren’t green anymore, but they used to be). I did not like it so I painted mine black. Unfortunately after I repainted mine it started chipping and I decided to strip the whole thing down and I just gave it to a local powder coating shop to repaint gloss black with all the little accessories in gloss red paint. After all it is used on a SawStop and I like everything to much. :) It’s the best fence on earth and deserves to also look cool too!
NOTE: As I said, the current T-squares are painted black now, so please don’t let my comments about the green color keep you from buying this. :)
It is really the only fence I will use in my woodworking life. If you are looking for an upgrade for your Table Saw call Allan and you will pat yourself on the back for doing so. I MORE than highly recommended.

Watching the videos and reading the reviews the VSCT T Square seemed like it would be a good fit for my 1964 20” Rockwell Band Saw. I really like solid machinery from back in day when made in U.S.A. Was a sign of exceptional quality so I thought that maybe the VSCT T Square might be the quality I’m looking for. The T Square and Fence arrived packaged well and damage free, assembly and installation was completed in about 15 minutes. I’m happy with the email communication from the business, they let me know my order had been received, when it was shipped, and later updated info on shipping around the holidays. I restore old woodworking machinery to support my woodworking hobby and have seen my share of table saw fences over the years, the VSCT T Square and Fence are quality products. In this instance I think I got exactly what I paid for, unusual today. Probably going to buy another unit for my table Saw in the near future.

This is a great upgrade for my saw which previously had round rails and the classic delta fence system. I have an old Delta Rockwell 3 Phase saw (you can see the phase converter just below the rails) which has been restored to its former glory. The fence has added fantastic function and versatility to my saw. I went ahead and purchased the extrusion. This is a great addition to the t-square. I have plans to make a different fence as well from steel with an auto-feeder. This t-square allows so many cool options, far better than the other commercially available fences. After a long search I found this to be the best option for a table saw fence on the market. I saw this having used the Incra, Red, and Delta fences which all have downsides that this fence blows out of the water.

The t-square and fence extrusion was delivered quickly and packaged very well! I was very nervous having to build the rail. But following Allan’s videos made it easy to build the needed rails. The owner of the metal yard wants to see the rails when I explained what I was building.
In two days I had the rails drilled, threaded, and test fitted to the saw. Only working a couple hours a day. Painting took three days because I had to let the paint cure for 24 hours each coat. The rails mounted perfectly and looks great. The t-square fit and was easily adjusted. The aluminum extrusion is very heavy. This surprised me and is exceptional. The extrusion bolted on and was easy to adjust parallel to the blade. This extrusion is bead on straight with NO flex.
I must add a couple of recommendations. I could not find the paint Allen uses in his video and used Rustoleum paint. This was a mistake and I do not recommend Rustoleum paint. The t-square did not slide easily over it. The second recommendation is to buy UHMW tape to let the t-square slide on. Allen has a video on adding UHMW tape to help you. The t-square slides better after adding it.
I highly recommend Allen’s fence system having used it for a couple of days. It is very accurate and very sturdy. I now regret not getting it several years ago when I first saw his fence system.
Thank you for an excellent product!!!

I am so happy that we have the internet. So folks like Allan Little can show everyone how easy it is to build the rails for his fantastic fence. After watching the videos, it was a simple task of creating the rails and attaching them to my saw. Now I have a VerySuperCool© Tools fence attached to my saw and I am a happy camper.
I have only used it about a month, so I may update this after a year or so. After I add some easily attached jigs to the fence using the sliding T-nuts.

I’m a weekend DIYer and had no metal working experience before I saw this fence and rail system. I have an old Craftsman table saw, so an upgrade in the fence system required both a fence and rail system.
Allan and Sue do such a wonderful job with the videos to help those of us that have had no metal working experience.
I decided to buy the t-square fence from Allan and Sue and fabricate the fence rails exactly like Allan had described in his videos. It turned out great the first try! Pretty unbelieveable for me. I usually mess projects up a couple of times before I get things right. My saw is now much more efficient and SAFE! Thanks again!!

And the last. Had 2 different Biesemeyer’s….Excaliber. Used a Vega & Incra. I installed my own angle & tube. I installed this fence on a 1954 Unisaw that I restored. My angle bracket was 3/16″ thick…..seemed heavy enough for me (and it is) Called Alan to discuss. Labor Day weekend he was there! He explained what I needed to do to make it work. Straight forward directions. Great videos. Rock steady & my mind is spinning with ideas for jigs. I strongly suggest you buy the VSCT TSquare fence. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The T-square is so easy to set up and feels like it’s going to last many lifetimes. I initially thought that I needed to buy the T-square with the adjustable throat, but after speaking with Allan he guided me to choose the right product for my application; I followed the VSCT tutorial to build my own guide rails. I purchased the VSCT 42″ Aluminum extrusion, and I highly recommend that product as well because you can be confident that your extrusion is square and flat. I considered all of the other popular fences; however, if you look at the reviews they’re all riddled with quality issues – not VSCT! I am extremely pleased with my setup now.

This fence enables me to have tremendous confidence that my table saw is cutting accurately. The VSC fence replaces an inconsistent and untrustworthy Craftsmen fence. I had zero metal worker no experience, but was able to make rails for my saw by following the excellent instructions that are provided. I plan to soon upgrade to a Sawstop table saw, but will undoubtably continue using my VSC fence. The quality of the fence is nothing short of spectacular and the instructions are intuitive and easy to follow.

I wasn’t going to spend the money. I figured the VSC Tools fence would be a slight improvement over the Shop Fox brand that came with my saw. But I wasn’t convinced the improvement would justify the price. My saw came with short rails which limited my cutting capacity to the right of the blade. So I ordered a longer set of rails. But now I had a short set of rails that I had no use for. I decided to try and sell them on craigslist, but I figured they would never sell without the fence being included in the deal. So I listed the short rails for sale with the Shop Fox fence. The money I got from that sale covered most of the cost of the VSC Tools t-square fence. I must say, I was not prepared for the quality and level of improvement the VSC Tools t-square provided. Blown away by how much better a product it is over what I had been using. Very well made. Fit and finish are as nice as any tool I own. That fence is dead on accurate, and solid as a tank. The cam lever impressed me with how smoothly it locks down. The ability to easily add/create jigs on the extruded aluminum bar is just icing on the cake. If you need a new fence, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. This is the real deal.

I’ve had the fence about a month or so and I love it. This is the best fence system I have used.
I have been using the incremental table saw fence as seen on YouTube. However I grew very tired of constantly having to figet with it and needed something better that just worked. The VSC tools fence was my first stop. Excellent build and finish quality. I’d purchase it and the 42″ extruded fence in a heartbeat. I also use the jessem fence guides and purchased the adapters to fit the extruded aluminum. Fast shipping. Fence rail instructions were a breeze.
If you want a serious upgrade from the stock fence. Look no further.

I cannot say how awesome this fence is. I used Alan’s instructions to make the guide rails. It was easy to build and when I put the t-square and aluminum extrusion on the saw, it lined up with the mitre gauge slots dead on. And I’d be at fault if I didn’t mention the outstanding customer service. I had a question about the guide rail installation and received a call back from Alan himself. This is a great product, with above and beyond customer service. I’d buy this product again in a heartbeat.

I am very happy with this upgrade, my saw is probably mid-1980’s DeWalt still working very well I purchased it at a garage sale for about $50 around 1995. I went with 7′ Rails so that the fence could be used on the saw and router table. Not the ideal set up on the left due to my shop configuration but still much better than what was previously in place, a MULE fence that required a rear rail.

Not only is the fit and finish beautiful, it works great too!
As an added benefit it is much easier to handle than my stock Biesemeyer fence.

The original fence and rails for Rockwell Contractor’s saw were much better than the Craftsman saw I had before but they had limited (about 20 inch) rip capacity. When I saw the Biesemeyer fence, I thought this was the upgrade I’d put on the saw. Of course, life happens so I didn’t do this change until a few months ago.
When searching for the Biesemeyer fence I saw that Delta was now the manufacturer. I noticed that the new product was less robust (I assume manufacturing cost cutting) than the original fence. I was disappointed. I did look at another manufacturer and was also disappointed when I saw both the welding and the rough cuts left on the finished product’s tubes.
On line searches first led to the Wood Whisperer you tube channel and then, from there, to Allan’s Very Super Cool Tools. I watched Allan’s you tube videos to both see the fence and then learn how to make the rails. During this searching phase, I found some 30 inch Biesemeyer rails that were made early in the Delta ownership and, confirming the steel gauge, bought them. They mounted perfectly to my Rockwell saw. I also bought Allan’s T-square and extruded aluminum fence. It came in early spring, 2019 but I didn’t get to use them until July (as I said life happens). The clamp head and fence are easy to assemble. Allan’s excellent instruction set and online videos show how straight forward alignment to the saw blade can be. I used an alignment tool (from A-Line-It) to tweak the parallelism to be near perfect. I checked the aluminum fence face for squareness to the table and, with the gauge, verified that the fence’s face is free from dents and sags (a concern but not impediment). What a beautiful set up. And once set up, it stayed as set (I had to regularly adjust the original fence for parallel).
I used the new setup to build the saw cabinet in the picture to replace the original metal saw stand. Once the cabinet was built, I had to mount the saw to it. Of course this meant breaking the saw down to its core table, securing it, then adding back all of the parts. I was astonished to find that once remounting the rails and fence, the fence was still in measured alignment with the miter groves. Nice job Allan!!
I would strongly recommend this product to other woodworkers (and have!).

This has given a new life for my 1968 Unisaw. Didn’t realize how bad the original Jet-lok fence was, just assumed that you had to measure and re-set the fence , do a test cut etc. for every rip you make. This is a really well made product, well worth the price. Please do not take this to China! Plan on getting a second one for my 1929 Whitney 16″ saw next year.

Excellent news John. And don’t worry, we won’t ever manufacture our T-squares in China. Thanks for the feedback and happy woodworking! ~ Sue

If you need a new saw fence, do not hesitate to go with the VSC T-Square and extruded aluminum fence. I had several questions and Alan was very gracious with his time answering the many questions I asked, even before I ever placed my order.
I needed to make new rails for my table saw to make the T-Square work. I was nervous having never worked with steel. I have to tell you the instructions and videos Alan provides made the task super easy for a rookie like myself. The step-by-step tutorial made constructing the rails a snap.
Although I just got everything set up and have only used it for several test cuts, I can’t tell you what a huge improvement this is over the factory fence that came with the saw. I can only imagine how terrific the new fence is going to be using it – the flexibility and options are endless.
Just wanted to say thank you for a great product backed up by terrific customer service. A combination that seems to be harder and harder to find.
Thought I’d share a few pictures although I still need to install the measuring tape I also ordered.

Easy to install, easy to use, and complete confidence in the work it produces. Not having Biesemeyer rails, I built my own using verysupercooltool’s great videos and free plans, with occasional advice from Alan. He even called me to make sure my order was appropriate, and made a money-saving suggestion. The fence is bombproof and more versatile than I thought a fence could be before seeing it in action.
I’ll probably change saws at some point (because new toys are always fun), but the fence will stay with me!
