We designed our VerySuperCool Tools t-square to work with aluminum extrusions. Our machined aluminum extrusions are very stout, flat and straight as well as being a great value.

T-slotted aluminum extrusions attach quickly and easily to all three of our t-square designs, allowing for ultimate flexibility.
VERY IMPORTANT
If you want to shop on your own for an extrusion to work with our VerySuperCool T-Square Fence system make sure
1) The extrusion has t-slotted channels to accept sliding t-nuts and bolts We recommend getting an extrusion with slots on all sides.
2) The extrusion width must be at least 1.5 inches or 40mm wide
The height and the length of the extrusion can vary, but the width is important because you do not want any interference between the plane of the table saw top and the fence.

Grainger sells both 80/20 and Faztek brands of aluminum extrusions. (NOTE: They don’t usually sell cut pieces. Most likely 20 foot lengths.)
